Since my iPhone got a virus and stopped being recognized by computers, this has been the only way I have been able to re-charge my phone. Battery lasts long enough, has 2 ports for charging my Bluetooth as well, and the battery indicator helps with knowing when the battery is getting low.

This is one of the most useful things I have bought in years. It makes my life both at home and while traveling incredible more simple. This is how: 1. It serves its main purpose as a mobile charging unit. It's inexpensive so it won't charge an iPod 20 times before dying, but it does pretty well, I get about a charge and a half for a 32GB iPod touch from it on full. Great for car trips, plane flights, train rides, being at work/school all day, whatever. 2. No more fiddling around with multiple AC adapters. As long as you have a USB cable that plugs into the power of the electronic, then you can use this. It has 2 USB ports and yes, you can charge two things simultaneously. I do this regularly with my iPod and phone. Great space saver when traveling or on the power cord at home. 3. You can charge your iPod/phone/whatever WHILE the battery is charging and plugged into the wall. Obviously, charging it this way takes a little longer. As you may have figured out by reading this, it is not only a mobile battery, but a AC adapter as well! I love the way this little, inexpensive gadget so neatly ties together so many different features - mobile battery, universal AC adapter, and wall-charger. In fact, thinking about it, I ought to buy like three or four of these now to stock up for Christmas, just about anyone can make use of this these days.

very handy product. i travel often and the ability to charge 2 usb products at same time (blackberry and ipod) is very important to me. the extra time afforded by the internal battery is also very handy since my blackberry usage goes up during trips and i no longer carry extra battery for blackberry since i got this product... would highly recommend..

We own two of these chargers. With a family of 4 iPod users, they both are used daily. Favorite features: replaceable, rechargeable batteries... charging for 1 or 2 USB devices using any standard wall socket... once charged, the Music Power 0900-72 provides power and charging to your USB device on the go. Great price, too!

This is one of the best accessories to have if you go long periods of time away from power source or just forget to charge your ipod. The best thing about this is that it charges almost anything that can charge via usb. It Charges my phone, my ipod, and lights up my little usb christmas tree thing i got

Excellent product and great value. I appreciate the prompt customer service. Late due to Post Office and not seller. Thank you for everything....I'm very happy with the purchase. Works great with my Blackberry and iPod.

Mostly DOA. It charged up and the light turned green, however, it does not output any juice.

On the first day, the battery seemed to last for about an hour hooked up to my Nexus One. The next week, it seemed to last only half an hour. I don't think it's worked since. Just the other day I had it sitting in the sun hooked up to my phone with battery at 30%, the charge indicator was on. A few minutes later I rechecked and it was at 27%. It seemed to actually be sucking my phone's power at a faster rate than having it just sit idle.

VERY cheap piece of equipment. Bought this for hiking and charging my cell phone. Didn't work - no other way to say it. Takes FOREVER to charge itself, then won't charge anything. Really disappointed - Amazon should not re-sell junk like this.

My charger felt flimsy and loosely put together. The different adapters didn't stay well attached either, they would fall out of place when I barely jostled them. It was also incompatible with my Droid. It charged an old pre-paid phone that I had, but was unresponsive with my Droid.

Brunton 26 Watt Foldable Solar Array Brunton 26 Watt Foldable Solar Array

Reviews

This panel is nice but the most wattage I ever got was 11 watts. They claim at the mfg website 26 watts max at a max of 1.4 amps. Well the max voltage you could have without destroying your typical electrical device is about 15 volts. Watts equals 15 x 1.4 or a maximum of 21 watts. The claimed 26 watts is not even possible. In realty the maximum I got was 11 watts. For an eleven watt panel advertised at 11 watts it would be good.

I needed to purchase a foldable solar panel that would recharge my camcorder battery while I go on the Trans Sierra Hike -- a 5-6 day hike across the Sierras. I want to videotape the entire trip and I only have four batteries that last only about 1-2 hours of videotaping. With a car charger connector power adapter battery charger (male end) that I purchased for the Canon HV20 camcorder and the car charger receiver cable that comes with the Brunton (female end), I can charge the batteries while I hike (one battery at a time). I'm strapping the solar panel to the outside of my backpack. I tested the panel and my battery charger and it fully charged my battery in a few hours (I had run down the battery until the camera said it was dead). I can charge or run basically any electronic device that can be powered off of a 12V car charger -- pretty awesome stuff. This solar panel was the best value for the price. The lower wattage panels (and lower priced) would not have had enough wattage to do the job. I'll try to write another review after my trip.

Had to take a deep breath before clicking the buy button on this one but very glad I did. The panel comes folded in a small than expected pouch with a variety of aligator clips and charging connectors. I installed a Brunton Charge Controller Brunton Solar Controller Battery Charge Monitor on my Optima Yellow Top battery (by "installed" I mean I unscrewed two screws, inserted the connectors, and screwed them back in) and can connect to the panel to keep my battery topped off while camping. You'll have to do the math for yourself but I've been able to run an Engel 17 fridge and a 55W camp light (couple hours a night) without starting the car for a couple days. The way I see it: 54 Amp Hr deep cycle battery 3 amp fridge running 25% of the time = 18 amp hrs 4.5 amp light running 2 hours a night = 9 amp hrs Solar produces 2 amps for 6 hours (conservative estimate, I think) = 12 amp hrs back in End of Day 1 (27 Ah out, 12 in) = 39 amp hrs left End of Day 2 = 24 amp hrs left End of Day 3 = 9 amp hrs left Okay, starting on Day 3 might be a long shot but I'll update here after a longer stay. The panel's easy to mount for optimal sun exposure. I've found that some of those bungees with balls on the ends work perfectly to mount on the hood with the top two around the antenna and wiper and the bottom (front) two slid into the grooves of the popped hood. During the afternoon or morning, I hang it off the side from the roof rack.

Yes it's expensive, no it wont run your 72 inch plasma... After much heel dragging and beating my self up over the price I purchased one of these panels. If you understand how 12 volt power works the thing is beyond wicked!I had basic 12 volt knowledge from working on cars and using power inverters in them but nothing like some of the reviewer's here. First off don't be scared to read and learn, I am terrible with math but after a little research it became much less complicated to know what the panel will and will not do. To simplify it in full Nevada sunlight (In December no less) this will run a 30 watt (DC) product in real time. If you need AC power expect about 15 watts unless you have an efficient (expensive!) inverter. I have a friend who also has this panel that has run his Nintendo Wii (45 watts!) in real time off of this in direct sunlight. It produces more power than advertised for the most part as other reviews have stated. This coupled with a Duracell 300 is a VERY portable and renewable power source. The Duracell 300 ran a Vizio 23 inch LED tv (27 watts) and a Sega Dreamcast (30 watts) for over an hour of gaming and still had power left over. Recharged from the panel during the day, gamed at night. Pros- Not enough is said about how tiny this thing is, we are talking canvas thin and light. Often doubles the stated output in direct light Nice grommets for tie down (though I wouldn't trust it in high winds) Cons- Same as other reviews not enough 12V connectors included and linking panels without splicing and making your own connector would be difficult at best Final opinion: I think it rocks and will be getting another (Maybe the 52) to link and have a real renewable and portable power source for more gadgets. It has changed my thinking about power and I now count watts like most people count calories! My goal is not to be cheap and save money but to be mobile and still always have my laptop and toys because I'm just that attention deficit that I need to! Hope this helps make your decision!

This panel, is perfect, I have used it to charge everything, it is amazing, everyone should own atleast one. I don't think I have ever been happier with any online purchase.

I bought this because I needed a wall charger instead of the computer charger that came with my Nikon P100 camera. I expected (from the picture) that it had the flip out plug and would be very compact like others I have. But Nikon has chosen to use a detachable power cord instead, so you also have to lug around the wa-a-a-a-y long power cord with the charger. We travel alot, and space and weight are big considerations, so this was very disappointing to me. It would have, at least, been nice to know that this was the case when I ordered it, but none of the pictures or descriptions said anything about it having the separate power cord. The upside is that it does work.

Works good as it supposed to do with the battery of the Nikon P100 Cammera

This charger does an excellent job of fully charging the battery for my Coolpix digital camera. Does it in record time, too.

It is a Nikon, so you can be certain that the quality is first class.

I purchased this to replace the original battery charger for my Nikon Cool Pix 90 , which I lost. It works perfectly and is a legit Nikon charger- not a knock off.

ive used this and i want to CONFIRM it does CHARGE the IPHONE 3G (fatty older version) and it does charge IPOD THOUCH Slim 3rd GEN.... i have both and can get a full charge with only 2 AA Generic Costco KIRKLAND batterys.... its very cheap, small, and very portable cons: feels like it can break easy, thats pretty much it

Great Product, received it earlier than expected, and was exactly what I thought it was going to be.

I used this a couple of times. It was iffy then, but if I kept it very still, it would work. Took on a trip, just got back, and it wouldn't work at all during the trip. Got back after Amazons return/exchange policy expired. Now Amazon won't take back or exchange it. Not happy with them or this POS.

Looks like an OK unit but be advised, it is not clear from the documentation but this unit does NOT work with a 3G "docking" iPod. At least not mine!

I bought this for a long plane trip. It did not work with my 3rd gen Itouch. I tried all of the settings. Each time the Itouch had a message saying it did not support this type of charging device. It did work on my nephew's older Ipod nano. So, I gave it to him.

I purchased this battery "as new". When it arrived the package said 11/07. So the battery is 2 1/2 years. It's held a charge so far so I can't complain. The battery arrived very fast as promised.

The battery works perfectly! Fast shipping... I received the battery within a couple days of purchasing it.

Worked perfectly just when I needed it. I was in a plane shooting pictures like a maniac. Then out of power. Quick change and I was busy shooting again.

I ordered a new rechargeable battery from Wall St. Camera. I saved almost $20.00 by not ordering it from the Sony Website. It was delivered in no time. Good value for the money!

A good price on the real Sony battery. Delivery was fast. Plugged it in, charged it, and now my camera is back to having the superb battery life it started with. Only complaint - it is pricey everywhere.

I would like to give this charger 5 stars, I really would. It charges both the batteries it came with and the extra pack of NiMh AAA's I bought seperately in record time, between 30-45 mins usually. That is spectacular. However, it absolutely will not charge any of the batteries I already own and have charged previously with a different charger. Eight of these are Duracell NiMh 1000mAh AAA's and are less than two months old. And they charge fine in my old charger. I also have assorted AA's I tried, some of which are Duracell and are all NiMh and fall within the specs of the charger. No dice, it just flashes red. So, if you are planning to charge only new Duracell batteries and only in this specific charger, then this may be the charger for you. If your situation is like mine, then you will likely need to have two chargers going. Just remember not to mix up your batteries or all you will have in the end is a charger that constantly flashes red.

So far...The Duracell Go Mobile Charger is working as advertised...I will report to you at a later date how it performs over time...I was impressed with how quickly it charged four Duracell AAA nimh pre-charged Batteries [about 30 min.]...

The Duracell Go Mobile Charger CEF26 sounds like an ideal solution for recharging AA/AAA cells on the road. It accepts either universal AC (100-240V) or 12V from car battery, and it recharges cells in just around one hour. Note that many other so called 'one hour' charger usually require at least 2 hours when charging 4 cells. But this Duracell Go Mobile charger charges at the same current of 2.3A (for AA) or 0.98A (for AAA) whether you put in 2 or 4 cells. That's why it takes less than one hour to fully recharge those included 2000mAh Duracell Pre Charged AA cells. Unfortunately, there is a major design flaw with this charger: it charges in pairs only. That is, you can only recharge either 2 or 4 cells, and you cannot group AA and AAA in a pair. Why is charging NiMH cells in pairs a very bad idea? Suppose you have one cell that is only partially discharged, and another one that is fully discharged. When you charge those two as a pair in this charger, the charging process will terminate as soon as the first cell is full (signaled by a negative dV/dt in the combined voltage). But the second cell is still half empty at this point. Naturally, when you use those two cells together in an appliance, the power will run out much sooner. Then there's always the problem when your appliance requires either one or three cells. Now you are left with one drained cell that you cannot charge. If you try to charge a drained cell in series with a full one, you're end up with the above situation again. If you always use identical NiMH cells in pairs, and you never mix up cells from different appliances, then the Go Mobile Charger is still worth considering. For the rest of us, however, the Duracell Mobile Charger CEF23DX4N may be a better choice. It charges cells individually (but at a lower current of 550mA), has four status indicator lights, and even doubles as an USB power source.
