I inflated the neck pillow without any problems. The eye mask is very nice especially if you use it in reverse with the soft side against your skin. I am very happy with this set and expect to get a lot of use out of it. I love NAP products.

This is the softest most functional sleep mask ever. I gave one set of pillow and mask to my kid who was traveling -- he lost it and I must replace it right away! You can sleep anywhere with this -- I carry the mask and plugs in my handbag at all times. The velcro strap is perfect. Ignore the sour one star rater -- this is a great thing.

Product was not as advertised. Three people tried to inflate neck pillow and could not do it. Contacted Brookstone Customer Service. Associate was very accommodating but could not provide any instructions to correct problem. Returned product for refund per instructions by company. Of course, I will not be refunded my shipping costs for ordering product. Very dissappointed. BUT, customer service was outstanding. Claire Frazer

These are absolutely great! They are curved so they don't smash your eyelashes and block out ALL light because they hug around the eye. The are also very soft, comfy and have cute patterns. I highly recommend them if you need to wear eye shades.

I got this in "mums" and black (for me and my husband). My husband has taken a liking to it and I see him use it pretty much every night. I use it occasionally... the mums print is so cute!!! But I like it primarily for the unique print and SOMEWHAT ergonomic, contoured shape. The shape looked great in photo, but it doesn't lay flat on the sides of my nose... the inverted "V" shape part is a tad too wide/big for me. Perhaps if you had a bigger nose or the entire nose area were sticking out more, this would fit perfectly. I almost wish that they just cut a slit for the nose instead of a "V", so the flaps will lay over the sides of the nose.. I would imagine that will fit more people's facial shape and will keep lights out more effectively. I wonder if I should've tried the "Lights out" one also available on Amazon... but they just weren't as stylish : P

Let me start by saying this is my preferred travel eye mask. It's thin, lightweight, and doesn't look as awkward as some of the other masks I own. It's pretty good at keeping the light out without putting pressure on your eyes. However, it does tend to leak _some_ light in around the nose piece. This is exacerbated when you are lying on your side since you tend to deform the molded contours such that the gap gets bigger. If you want a travel mask or can live with a little light leak, I'd recommend this. Otherwise, get the Tempur-Pedic Sleep Mask. The only down side is that you have to clean it somewhat frequently (it picks up facial oils easily) and you'll look pretty dumb wearing it (if you care since you're already wearing an eye mask). Other than that, one of the best purchases I've made.

This sleep mask is very comfortable and would be perfect for travel, when you're sleeping in an upright position. However, there are a couple things that make this less than perfect: 1. The velcro attached to the straps is thick. This creates a bump (1/8" or so) on the back of your head that makes sleeping on your back unlikely. There really isn't a good position in which to place the strap to make this more comfortable. However, sleeping on your side is perfectly comfortable. 2. On my face, light leaks in on either side of the nostrils. If only there was an extra bit of fabric to gently close off that gap without putting pressure on the nostrils, this mask would be greatly improved. Both of the above cons are minimized if you are using these on a train or plane, which is probably the intended use of this mask anyway. I just wanted to point them out in case you intend to use them in bed.

I work the midnight shift and needed something to help me sleep during the day. Mask fit comfortably and stayed on with no trouble. No sweating or pressure on the eyes and face. Great product!

This blocks light really well due to the nose-covering design. HOWEVER, it also blocks my nose up and makes it hard to breathe. It exerts an ever-so-slight pressure on my nose that makes it harder to take a breath. ALSO due to the nose piece, it constantly slides UP and lets in light. Not recommended unless you have a tiny nose.

light in weight, and blocks MOST of the light, but didn't conform well to the area around my nose, letting a sliver of light in. The sleep mask I switched to (made by tempurpedic) does not have this problem, and although bulkier, its true lights-out ability (via conforming to almost any face) is without peer.

I sleep with a mask every night & I find this mask to be the best. This mask does not constrict the nose and eyes as some other masks. When you fall asleep you barely know it's there. And the best part is that the light does not come through. Highly recommended.

I work nights so blocking out light in the daytime so I can sleep is very important. The contour for the eyes makes this mask very comfortable to wear as well. I received my mask very quickly.

I don't have any experience with some of the really fancy expensive masks, so I'm not sure how this one compares with those. It's a lot better than the really cheap, flat, satiny ones you find in drugstores, however. It's padded and comfortable, especially with the bumped-out eye pockets. My main complaint is that is didn't last long at all! It fell apart on me after being used, oh, about 40-50 times, I'd estimate. The strap lost elasticity pretty quickly too. At least it doesn't cost a lot to replace. It also lets in more light than I'd like around the nose area. Seems like this could be improved easily and cheaply with a simple, bendable metal strip in the nose area that could be used to mold that part of the mask around the individual wearer's nose a bit more snugly. Also, the bumped out eye area, nice as it is, could be a just a tad larger. Despite my criticisms, I DO recommend this mask to casual wearers as a relatively inexpensive but decent alternative to drug store masks. It will probably fall apart sooner than you'd like, but you won't break the bank replacing it either. If, on the other hand, you have a serious need for a really good mask that truly blocks light completely and will (hopefully) hold up longer, you might want to spring for one of the really fancy expensive ones.

I don't have a door for my room, and the hallway light is left on a lot. When I use this, the light coming from the hallway is no longer an issue, I can sleep peacefully. Its not the most comfortable thing ever, but its not really uncomfortable either. For the price, its a great deal. It blocks light fairly well.

This sleep mask is alright. It blocks most of the light out. Being made of silk on both sides allows light to pass through the holes. But it's only a little bit. What isn't shown on the picture is a extra piece of fabric that goes around the nose and is intended to help fold the mask around your face as well as block the light that would come from underneath. It's not the best at its job, though. The two elastic bands are great. They are the exact length to make the mask stay on, while also being comfortably loose. I bought this mask to help keep my eyes closed so I could start getting on a normal sleep schedule, but it ended up being somewhat of a nuisance. I sleep on my stomach with my head turned sideways and so the mask slides along my face and the elastic stretches on the side that I'm lying on. After having it for a few weeks, I stopped after a couple. It's just not really worth it if you can't sleep with things on your face. I'm pretty much at the point where any clothing bothers me when I sleep, so I just go naked. So in summation, if you really feel that you need a sleep mask, this one is pretty good because it blocks out most light and is very light weight. But if you thought it would be a cool idea, I'd pass. It's not worth the shipping costs.

Fits snugger than others. If you have eye make-up on, do not use. Works for naps!:) I purchased for my husband, but I am the one that uses it. It blocks out most of the light.

It has worked great at night or during the day. Sometimes a little more tight than I'd like, but that's just a small issue.

I bought this to block out the light to help in getting rid of my migraines. I thought for the price that I'd be disappointed in it but found the opposite to be true. This mask works great and was a wonderful value.
