Watch this video, but only if you need a good nap. We have tried two videos from this series and couldn't make it through either (we watched most of it). Besides being extremely boring (bad background music, voiceovers most of the video, and cheesy animation), there were very little tips to prospective travelers with children. No prices were ever given for any of the activities (general prices at least) and way too much history was inserted into the video. I gave it a two only because they did cover a fair amount of places to visit, several of which seemed pretty cool. Unfortunately, very little detailed info was given and it seems these folks are using their kids as props for their boring history/scenery videos. I would not consider this a video about traveling with kids- the kids just happened to come along for the ride. I sure am glad I rented this from the public library!

This video could use some updating, but it does offer some nice documentary-style footage of the Cayman Islands and some nice underwater shots. It's pace is rather slow, though (you'd swear the narrator is the Perry Como of documentaries!).

Received the movie on time and in great shape just like they promised. Good movie and older movie but funny.

Capt. Ron is one of the funniest movies ever made. I bought this to replace my well-viewed video copy. The service was great, the DVD arrived ahead of schedule, and it was well packaged to prevent damage.

This is Kurt Russels best perfromance yet. this movie is so funny and Martin Short is hilarious. i enjoyed this movie a lot and i hope you will to. I Recommend it for everyone

I bought this dvd because I wanted to see "moving pictures" of beaches, not just magazine pictures. I watched the dvd for the 1st time on a cold rainy night and I was transported right to the beach. As the package stated I could almost feel the warm water lapping at my toes. And I love the fact that there is no music or narration, only the sound of the water, birds and palm fronds. The dvd came with a bonus Hawaii disc. I was a little disappointed in the Hawaii disc but the Caribbean disc more than makes up for it! I'll definitely explore the other virtual vacations and I totally recommend this dvd to anyone who appreciates looking at gorgeous water.

this product never arrived to my folks.but were assuming it's because the the USPS. they seem to be missing other mail as well.

I am very disappointed with this DVD. I bought it purely based on the high reviews that it was given. This was a big mistake. The picture quality is terrible. The picture is very grainy and not at all sharp. I have a very nice HD widescreen tv, so I was hoping for clear and sharp images. This is not at all what I got. Also, there are no options to choose from like other DVDs offer. The only thing I liked about this DVD was the sound of the waves. I watched it once, and I doubt I will ever view it again.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that it would be much better in high def and day six has some boring scenes involving staring at large rocks on a beach. On my Mac, the scenes look great. On my old TV, I would agree with some of the other viewers in that it is pretty much like watching somebody's vacation video, albeit a well done video. It would be nice if it was broken into a morning, day and evening section instead of 6 short days. Just when you get into relaxing into a beautiful sunset, it flips to bright day light. This is a very minor point...just a nice to have. It is incredibly relaxing and well done. Most of the scenes are breath taking. You almost feel like you're there. I very much recommend it.

Beautiful beautiful beaches. So much so, that we've started researching the locations for upcoming vacations! The soundtrack alone on the video is perfect as well. Sometimes I just turn the sound on and leave the tv off just to hear the waves all day long while I'm working around the house. Really sounds like you're living at the beach! LOVE IT! For a gorgeous video, with true to life beach soundtrack, this is the one for you!

I bought this DVD, but I couldn't know that is has no subtitles, for example in Dutch. So we were not so enthousiastic about this film.

This is a great movie. I love him. John Cusack is a remarkable actor. He is what attracks me to the films.

This is an enjoyable film although Cusack has played better roles. The plot is also a bit weak and redundant. He keeps plugging away and uses a lot of personal acting skill to make the movie lively and exciting. Yet we know what is going to happen from the git-go. I rate this 3 1/2*** but Amazon doesn't have a split schedule. The movie does not match up to the fun and liveliness in classics like "Private School," "Private Lessons" or Day Off(Ferris Buehler). Yet it is enjoyable entertainment especially on a summer afternoon or at a party. The more in the crowd who watch it, the more fun it will be. Yet compared with "Hollywood Brats" this is eons ahead. Enjoy yourself. The price is cheap & the VHS shows very well. The case cover says a lot if you look closely at Cusack in the girl's glasses. She isn't that hot.

Wow. Blown away! Expectations can make a difference in your viewing pleasures. I was anticipating a mediocre movie with the always fantastic John Cusack and a few laughs. I laughed the whole way through! It really had some wonderfully funny scenes. One after another, it was consistently funny, which is the failure of many comedies. Consistency. No hit and miss here. On the mark. This movie is right up there with Better Off Dead, The Sure Thing, and Say Anything as one of the great teen movies of the eighties. The actress playing his girlfriend was beautiful, sweet, but totally sexy in a real way. She did a lot with the very little she was given. All the actors were great. Look to catch a creepy and much younger Ben Stiller in an early role. John Cusack is really the reason to see the movie. He's perfect to play "Mr. Determined". Hot Pursuit is definitely a hidden 80's treasure. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone, and especially for you guys who need a movie for the lady but actually want to enjoy yourself! I loved it. Lots of laughs.

This is another one of those romantic comedies about people vacating at a tropical island resort. John Cusack was so young when this movie was made. It has been almost twenty years since I watched this. John Cusack misses a plane flight and ends up having to search for his girlfriend in the Caribbean islands, and everything under the sun almost prevents him from finding her. Cusack's girlfriend gets kidnapped by modern-day pirates, and he has to save her from the pirates. I never could resist a damsel in distress, or a beautiful island setting.

I'm not one for heavy scents and honestly I've alays hated Avon perfumes. But a friend of mine had me try this and OMG I love this scent. It's very beachy, like sitting drinking something rum and coconut at the ocean. I just love this stuff. And I'm a 40 yr old mother, not a teen.
